Time Frame for Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Process:
- To start the return process, please email us at hello@lalphabet.eu . Our team will provide you with all the necessary information and guide you through the return procedure.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If the product was damaged upon delivery or is defective, we will cover the cost of the return and replace the product.
Return for Other Reasons:
- If you wish to return the product for any other reason, please ensure the product is carefully wrapped and in the same condition that was delivered (clean, unused, with all the labels on it). In this case, you are responsible for covering the cost of the return.
Examination and Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will examine its condition. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
Refund Method:
- The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Exclusions:
- Please note that, for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings.
